320 high skilled and well paid jobs will be created in Stratford upon initial production operation (2023). Following trial and initial production of float glass products, production will be ramped up to full capacity around 2024/2025. Production of energy-saving glass products will start, and the production facility will need a total of 380 employees to manage full production capacity. Up to 30 float glass experts from overseas will train newly recruited local workforce to run the glass production facility.
